As an Assistant Manager in Office of Security, you will be managing physical security and risk. Your responsibilities will include:
o Coordination with the security vendor for selection, training and supervision of the guard force deployed to perform day to day security activities.
o Manage daily security operations to check compliance with organisation's policies. Review and periodic audit of
records generated by security department.
o Drive security vendor to comply statutory audits and track performance regularly through dashboards.
o Working as first level of escalation for any security related complaint from internal customers andperforming primary investigation.
o Planning and coordination for site level evacuation exercises and surprise checks. Organize floor warden trainings.
o Liaise with the Developer security teams to maintain smooth operations at main gates.
o Training and coordination of Marshalls for providing transport security to women professionals travelling during night.
o Liaise with external forums to knowledge and best practices sharing on behalf of organisation, represent at various security related forums.
o Respond to client audits and external audits and ensure compliance at all times.
o Conduct investigations related to thefts and mis appropriation and suggest corrective actions.
o Partner with Talent and compliance for complex investigations related to employee issues.
o Supervise the security control room and badging stations at Hyderabad office to ensure high level of client experience.

-Ability to assess risk and implement mitigation strategies.
-Knowledge of various benchmarking standards in the domain of safety, security and business continuity like ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
-Proficient in developing documents for Leadership updates as well as improvising department procedure/process related documents.
- Clear, concise in verbal and written communication. Must be able to effectively communicate with Firm leadership, internal clients and all levels of management of the Firm.
